Slowly but surely we are inching towards another outdoor season. Session I schedule for singles should be announced at least a week before the season starts , possibly even 2 weeks ahead. You will get an email when it gets posted on the web site. Session I (singles) starts April 23rd.
Singles league registration
Last day to register for singles was March 25th. As of now, we have 3 openings left in division 9 (co-ed league) . We can also take 4 more players in women's singles. Those of you that didn't register on time but would like to play can email me to be placed on the stand by list. If we have an open spot at your level we can add you right away, otherwise we will keep you on the stand by list in case someone drops out early.
Doubles league registration
Registration for RTL doubles starts today and closes on April 10th. If you would like to play please sign up your team on the link below.
This year doubles league will have flexible scheduling system (just like singles), so teams can play any day they agree on. Scores will be due each Monday night. We won't have a designated day to play.
One of our captains suggested trying flex scheduling and after discussing it with other team captains we decided to give it a try in 2018.
If you are a team captain looking for one more players or a player looking to get on a team email me and we will try to match you up.
Doubles teams need to register 3 players.
Teams are free to run their lineups as they wish. Some teams rotate all 3 players while others have 2 main players and 3rd one is more like a sub (comes when one of the main players can't play).
Doubles league starts May 14th. We will run 2 sessions of doubles.

Raise The Net Fundraiser
Tim Butorac from RTC sent me following info regarding a fundraiser for remodeling Kutzky park tennis facility.
Raise The Net fundraiser is set for Sunday, April 29th, 3-7pm at the Rochester International Event Center.
It's one night with five amazing athletes that have Rochester/Minnesota ties. It's an opportunity for parents to hear about fostering passion in their children and adults to hear about the amazing paths these athletes have journeyed. Each of them will talk for 10-12 minutes. There will be opportunities to talk with the athletes and also to bid on silent and live auction items.
