Newletter #6

Hello everyone

We are in week #7 of the session I. Last week we started the playoffs/classification phase of the session. We had 4 matches not reported by the deadline, and I had to flip a coin to determine who wins. I don't like to determine winners this way but this tournament phase doesn't allow us to waste too much time waiting for results. In order to have all the match ups ready by Monday we had to have previous matches reported by the Sunday night. This way we don't delay next week's matches and players find out on Monday who they play next. We don't get any breaks in between sessions this year so we can't afford to have any delays.

We have couple of rounds left in this session. Final session I rankings will determine your placement for session II.

This week's matches need to be reported by Sunday night.

Just to remind you, the deadline to register for the next session is this Thursday June 10th. If you haven't done so already , please let me know if you are in or out. If I don't hear from you I might not be able to guarantee you a spot in the next session.

Weather permitting our meet with FAT league is this coming Saturday. We have 9 players going , basically anyone who was interested is going to play. Three other players were interested in this meet but they can't make it this time. If anyone else is interested for future team competitions please let me know.

Hopefully the weather will let us play this Saturday.
