Hello everyone


We are getting closer to the end of this session so I need to know if any of you are not planning to play in the next session. Please let me know if you won't be able to play by this Wednesday. As of now we have three people who won't be able to participate in the next session (Matt Q,Scott,Emmanuel)


Session III is basically a single match elimination tournament. Players still have 7 days to complete one round. Winners advance to play in the next round and losers are done for the season.


I will try to set up the brackets and match ups for the first round before I leave . Ashley Bryant will take over running the league while I am gone. You will be e mailing him the scores and he will email you once a week to announce last week's scores and next round match ups. Ashley helped me out couple of years ago and it worked out great. Dave H will assist him with this and also be a backup if Ashley is unavailable. We won't be using our web site for session III, I might just post first round match ups on there. Ashley will be e mailing you the schedule in an excel document, so it will be important to be able to open this document on your computer.

Another important thing I wanted to tell you is that week #7 matches will need to be completed by Sunday Aug. 23rd. This means that the last week of session II will be one day shorter and extensions won't be allowed. The reason we need to do this is to have 1st round match ups ready by Monday since we start the next session right away. I hope this won't be causing too much trouble . I wanted to tell you this well in advance so you can plan your last match accordingly.



Last week we had 12 matches completed and 4 forfeits. Will Stott and Matt Quiding are out for the remaining of the session due to injuries . So for the last two weeks we will be short 3 players meaning we will have more forfeits. I might try to get some subs.
