You are welcome to play matches early this week.
Please read info below carefully since session III has a bit different set up.
Please report your scores as soon you play matches so next round match ups can be created as soon as possible giving you more days to play the next round. All next round match ups will have to be ready every Monday so just like in the past, deadline to play matches is SUNDAY night for this session and no extensions will be allowed. Matches not completed and reported by Sunday night 11:59pmwill be labeled as DNP. Higher seed from that match will advance up by default.
Scheduling matches in Session III can be pretty tricky. We are losing daylight, you have one day less to play and no extensions will be allowed . Also, high school tennis starts again and their courts might be busy some days. All this will require extra effort on your part to finish matches on time.
Format
Session III has a tournament format with consolation rounds. It will be 5 weeks long and you will have a match every week. According to session II results players are seeded and split in two levels/brackets . Level 1 bracket has players seeded 1st to 32nd according to past results, and level 2 bracket has players from 33rd to 64th. These two brackets will run parallel and basically be two separate tournaments. First round winners progress to round of 16 and so on, while losers play consolation rounds. At the end of session 3 all of you will be ranked from 1st to 64 place and these rankings will be used to form divisions next year.

Deadline to report is 11:59pm Sunday night, not Monday as it used to be in the first two sessions. Late scores will NOT be accepted.
