Hello everybody
Session II started this week , players are divided to 4 divisions according to session I standings. This session is going to be 7 weeks long, and it will have round robin format. After 7 weeks of competition we will have final standings for session II. These standings will be used to set up brackets for the fall tournament (session III). Session III will have single match elimination format. Only winners advance to play next round.

Session II should bring up a lot of competitive tennis since we are all grouped with players who are close to our level. We are losing 7 players from session I, and 7 new guys are in. I advise new guys to go over the league rules at this link

After 9 rounds we completed session I last monday, all players are ranked from first to 32nd place. The session was a big success. We expanded the league from 24 to 32 players and ended up completing 118 matches out of 144 scheduled. Twenty one match was recorded as forfeit and we had 5 DNPs. Players did a great job keeping up with the schedule. I am glad we decided to start earlier in May than previous year. This allows us to play more tennis and have a longer season. Our session I winner is Nick Redmann who defeated Chris Mcleod in the championship match.

Week #1 matches need to be completed and reported by Monday night.
